Oh this is some great news ... a long time coming and very, very much appreciated:

As of today, you can VideoChat in 3 different screen sizes - medium, large, and HUGE! (For 1024x768 screen resolution and higher. Two screen size options are available for 800x600) With the help of our new, innovative technology, VideoChatting at ImLive is now bigger, better, and more detailed than ever before. In addition you'll notice that the text area has also gotten larger. Stay tuned for more exciting new features coming soon to ImLive.
